Hi! It’s nice to meet you.

Hi there! I'm Morgan Liner, a mom of twins and a wife. I'm also a Nutritionist and personal trainer with a passion for outdoor activities, nutrition, and holistic living. I enjoy hiking, camping, reading, napping, swimming, being near the water, watching home shows with my husband, listening to podcasts, reading about nutrition, and enjoying music (especially beach music, classics, oldies, and anything recorded before 2000).

2 Corinthians 3:16-17: “Do you not know that you are God’s temple and that God’s spirit dwells in you? If anyone destroys God’s temple, God will destroy him. For God’s temple is holy, and you are that temple.”

I base my nutrition counseling on the above passage. I believe that we are all created in the image of God. Therefore, we should treat our bodies as holy temples. We are to care for and nourish the temple we were given, and that includes healthy eating and exercise. Our health is worth the effort because we are image-bearers of Christ.

I am a trained holistic nutritionist and certified personal trainer who helps busy men and women incorporate whole-body wellness and movement into their hectic lives. I also collaborate with businesses to integrate health and wellness into their daily operations, and I enjoy participating in executive wellness retreats!

A Little More About Me

  • There is not just one moment that led me to this place, but rather a culmination of experiences that fueled my curiosity for better health. Throughout high school and college, I experienced life-altering GI issues, enough that I was missing class and extracurriculars. After a visit with a Gastroenterologist, I made it my mission to cure my gastrointestinal issues without medication. This led me to do extensive research on how to heal my gut health.

I also suffered from menstrual and fertility issues (severe pain, heavy bleeding, vomiting, fainting, and missing out on activities), which also helped spark my desire for holistic healing.

After I had my twins, I was breastfeeding and trying to take care of myself. Then, there were a lot of illness when my children were young like vomiting at school, fever, sleeplessness, etc.

I thought enough was enough. I wanted to find the most natural pathways to discovering holistic healing in my and my family’s life.
